Returns and Shipping
Return Policy
We want you to love the stuff you buy from Funky Green Machine. If you are not in love with your purchase, please know that you can return or exchange an item from us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price of the product (shipping fees are not included in the refund). Please email us at customercare@funkygreenmachine.comcustomercare@funkygreenmachine.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed instructions on how to return or exchange your item. We will not except any returns without an RMA and you will not receive a refund.
Items being returned or exchanged must be unwashed, unused and in its original packaging including tags. If you are returning beauty products, they must be unused also. Please ensure that you package beauty products carefully so nothing leaks or is damaged.
If you received an item as a gift purchased from our online store and it's not quite what you hoped for, we will be happy to exchange the item. Just contact us at customercare@funkygreenmachine.com!
We recommend you ship items for return or exchange with proof of delivery as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Once we receive your authorized return, we will credit the original credit card used with the refund price of the product, less shipping fees. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed.
When corresponding with us about your order, please include your invoice/order number.

Shipping - United States
We currently offer shipping within the contiguous United States and to Alaska and Hawaii. Items will be shipped within 2 business days after we have received the order. Many orders ship on the same day - how's that for fast? me items, such as furniture or accessories, may take longer to ship out - please see product details for more information. All items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FEDEX Ground with delivery confirmation for a flat fee of $7.95for orders less than $100 - U.S. ONLY, except for Alaska and Hawaii. If your total purchase price is over $100 (not including taxes or other charges), you will receive free shipping via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FEDEX Ground - for orders within the US ONLY. Delivery confirmation is always included with shipping. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of your shipment. Please ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping information - we will not be responsible for orders delivered to addresses given to us by mistake.
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii the Flat Rate Shipping is $11.95.
Some products will be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer which can result in multiple deliveries to complete your order.
Shipping - International (through International Checkout)
We are proud to offer shipping to our international customers! Funky Green Machine has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply select your items in our store, then cut and paste the item details into our International Checkout cart. You may select to pay in your own local currency with Visa or Master Card. Additionally, you may pay via American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal, Moneybookers, or Bank Transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.
International Checkout also provides international customers with the option to pre-pay duties and taxes at a guaranteed rate. While the ease of pre-paying duties and taxes at a guaranteed rate appeals to many; some savvy international shoppers prefer to pay landed cost upon delivery.
Please note that furniture and other accessories are not available for international shipping. Products will be noted if they are not available for international shipping.

Gift wrapping
At this time we do not offer gift wrapping services.
Commitment to the Environment
We love Mother Earth and always try to use earth friendly and recycled materials. The USPS boxes we use have been Cradle to Cradle Certified by MBDC . Most of the bubble wrap we use are biodegradable and are recycled. Our cellophane bags are certified biodegradable, compostable and made carbon zero. Our raffia ribbons are biodegradable and recyclable and our sisal ropes are biodegradable. Packing peanuts are biodegradable or recycled. Most kraft paper and tissue paper are made from 100% recycled materials or are recycled. We try to always use packaging tape that is solvent-free and a water-based adhesive and 100% recycled and 100% post consumer waste paper.
